We guarantee that you will get the lowest prices and the most flexible cancellation terms.
We always have the best prices, if you find a lower rate somewhere else, we will match it.
You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival without incurring any charges and you don't have to pay anything on booking.
If you have to cancel within 48 hours or your scheduled arrival, to self-isolate, you can use your payment for a future reservation.
In the event of a lockdown we will refund your payment in full.

Stunning views and extra space
Parking: Due to our prominent position in Fowey, we do not have parking, however you can stop to drop off luggage on the quayside outside Havener's. There is limited chargeable long and short stay car parks located at: Caffa Mill (PL23 1DF) or Albert Quay (PL23 1AJ).
Accessibility: Access to the bedrooms are via an outdoor staircase which is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Extra Beds: Unfortunately, rooms are not large enough to accommodate extra beds but give us a call if you would like to bring a travel cot as we may have a suitable room available. We do not provide travel cots.
Check in/Out: Check in is from 3pm, please vacate the room by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Dogs: We welcome well behaved dogs into our Waterfront Apartment at an additional charge of £10 per night, per dog. Max 2 dogs per apartment. We do not accept pets in our bedrooms.
Terms and conditions of your room booking: For bedroom reservations a credit or debit card will be required to guarantee the room. No deposit will be taken and cancellation is free until 48 hours prior to arrival. We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
